General description
The continuous flow piston pump is driven by a geared motor. Being its flow continuous, it is specially designed to pump the paste from the malaxator to the decanter. Thanks to its design, wear is minimized especially during the second centrifugation of olive paste, a process in which the traditional pumps show the hardest signs of wear, and therefore the high cost of stators is avoided.
The pump is completely made of stainless steel and settled on a carbon steel base. It is equipped with long working life, low cost piston rings.The machine achieves optimum efficiency and the wearing parts are easily removed and replaced. The pump has many sturdy features to withstand wear. It does not require trained staff to make it work perfectly and can be placed anywhere since it does not take up much space.
