General Description
The “TF DAV 1V” countertop pneumatic volumetric filling machine for viscous products is powered by 6 bar compressed air.
You can select doses from 50 to 1280 ml, thanks to the handwheel and meter on the rear of the machine.
It works both manually, thanks to the pneumatic pedal, and automatically (super useful for washing the system at the end of the process). The various components are connected through tri-clamp fittings, making them easy to disassemble for cleaning and maintenance operations. All the parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, while the seals and gaskets are made of PTFE and FKM.

Hourly output: approx. 500/600 pieces (500 ml). Equipped with a countertop base. It can be configured to draw the product directly from a tank or be fed through a hopper. Its 3-way rotary valve is suitable for viscous liquids with or without solid particles no larger than 15 mm and a temperature of up to 80 °C
