Technical data

The use of mulchers involves numerous advantages: to fight the infesting grass avoiding the use of herbicides; the vegetable mantle favours a better water infiltration and permits to reduce the erosion phenomenons; the cut grass which is left on the ground brings organic matter to the soil; the field is prepared for the mechanized harvest of fruits from the ground.

FX – BPEL – BVE – PEL – XPEL – VPE – VPE/RV – XPEL/SP

FX

The FX model is suitable for grassy mantles, runners and stones until 6 – 7 cm of diameter. Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. It is a mulcher with fixed hitch, to be mounted on the three points of the rear hydraulic lift of tractors, with a power from 18 HP to 85 HP. Available also with hammer model BVE.

BPEL

The BPEL model is advised for mulching grassy mantles, runners and stones until 6 – 7 cm of diameter in orchards. Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. The hitch is available with manual or hydraulic side shift. Powered by tractors from 25 HP to 100 HP. BPEL/RV: the BPEL model can be built, on request, on the reversible version, to be mounted in the front of the tractor.

BVE

The model BVE permits to obtain a higher grass crumbling than the model BPEL. The BVE model is advised for mulching grassy mantles, runners and stones until 6 – 7 cm of diameter in orchards. Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. The hitch is available with manual or hydraulic side shift. Powered by tractors from 40 HP to 110 HP. BVE/RV: the BVE/RV model can be built, on request, on the reversibile version, it can be mounted in the front or in the back of the tractor.

PEL

The PEL model is suitable for mulching in orchards and in open-fields (straw, maize and corn stalks, etc.). It is used to shred grass, runners, movable stones and pruning residues with a diameter until 10 cm. The high hood and the hammers shape confer a high speed of chopped product discharge. Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. The hitch is available with manual or hydraulic side shift. Powered by tractors from 40 HP to 100 HP.

XPEL

The XPEL model is suitable for mulching in stony, irregular grounds and for the woodland’s maintenance. The structure in the totality of its components is particularly strong, such that the mulcher can shred big dimensions pruning residues (about 10 – 15 cm of diameter) and break movable stones with a diameter until 25 cm. Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. The hitch is available with manual or hydraulic side shift. Powered by tractors from 45 HP to 120 HP.

VPE

The VPE model can be built, on demand, in the reversible version, to be mounted both in the front and in the back of the tractor. It is suitable for mulching grass, runners, pruning residues and medium dimensions movable stones (until 12 cm of diameter). Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. Piston travel for side shift: until 80 cm. Powered by tractors from 55 HP to 130 HP

VPE/RV

The VPE model can be built, on demand, in the reversible version, to be mounted both in the front and in the back of the tractor. It is suitable for mulching grass, runners, pruning residues and medium dimensions movable stones (until 12 cm of diameter). Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. Piston travel for side shift: until 80 cm. Powered by tractors from 55 HP to 130 HP

BVPE

The BVPE model is advised for mulching grassy mantles, runners and stones until 6-7 cm of diameter in orchards. Its hammers (model BVE) permit to obtain an optimal grass chopping. Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. The model can be endowed with fixed hitch or with a hydraulic side shift device, completely outside of the track, which enables to shred under low foliages, while the tractor remains in the middle of the row (piston travel for side shift: until 1 mt). Powered by tractors from 55 HP to 140 HP. BVPE/RV: the model BVPE, on demand, can be built in the reversible version, to be applied in the front of the tractor.

XPEL/SP

The XPEL model is built also in the XPEL/SP version, endowed with a hydraulic side shift device, completely outside of the track, which enables to shred under low foliages, while the tractor remains in the middle of the row. Bonnet in anti-wear domex iron, structural steel with high resistance. It is endowed with front safety guards in linen rubber. Powered by tractors from 70 HP to 120 HP.
